/ performed on February 27th 2026 at H15 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
    The 2nd 1-hour long DJ set, that me and DJ Forsvarsmekanisme performed at a party arranged by hosts and listeners of "Hallo hvem er det?".
    Thematically a warm-up set with a dusty and unpolished sound, mainly consisting of music from the 60s and 70s (but ranges up to 2026), in varying genres, with acid rock and funk being prominent, and originating from many parts of the world.
    The first act – after the intro – is a 'funniness' mix (Sjovhedsmix).
    I once again remastered some of the tracks in preperation for the set.
    I had recently completed a course in my sound design studies, where I collaboratively conceptualized and produced a pilot episode for a podcast series.
    So I thought it would be fun to use separators from the podcast in this DJ set.

    INTRO (00:00): The mix starts with a new unreleased magical and emotional piano improvisation track I made. It was the first set of the evening, which is why the mix starts kind of subdued. But the mood quickly becomes more lively, and the mix gets more dancable as it goes.
    ACT I: Dusty 'funniness' mix (Sjovhedsmix) (08:00)
    — in the same theme as the 'funniness' cassette tapes I made with Pelle da Melle.

    This is an hour long set me and my good friend DJ Forsvarsmekanisme performed at a party arranged by hosts and listeners of "Hallo hvem er det?".
    The set consists of Dance music in various genres including Disco-funk, Garage and Big Beat.
    We made mashups, remixes and remasters of a lot of the music for the occasion.

Roskildebåndene

Cassette mixtapes in many genres for partying and chilling
/ made between 2014 - 2022 & released on June 18th 2023
Story behind the cassettes (click to expand)
  1. These are 52 tape-sides with almost 26 hours of varied well-selected and humorous content, with both esoterically intimate fallible elements & just as many universally appealing elements at the same time.
    They were made to sit and laugh with each other in the camp in our group of friends at Roskilde Festival, but made just as much to take the ghetto blaster out and party with other festival guests.
    There are typically both festive and obscure selections, mixed with musicians who came to the festival, the years the tapes were made, which we were looking forward to experience live.
    There are both genre- & function-based mixes & more conceptual mixes (such as the wish radio parody tape 'Giro400træt på Nå FM', the therapy-tape parody "Zentimental Moodz: Et skridt ad gangen" or the many "Funniness mixes" (sjovhedsmixes).
    Now I've had all the cassette tapes digitalized, because I was afraid if they were all lost at Roskilde Festival at some point. And because it would be nice to share them with more people. Then more people can laugh & cry, groove & vibe, and be surprised by what comes next.
    There is a more in-depth introduction and background for the tapes in a text-document, if you download one of the seasons. The first season was not made by me! But by DJ Créme & Pelle da Melle - I took over for DJ Créme the following year.

    Hosted by the innovative creative eclectic radio program, "DJ Brevets program", which broadcasted on DR P6 from 2021-2023.
    The set consists of both humoristic and groovy vibes from diverse genres in different languages. Funk, Disco, Electronic and much more.
    DJ Brevets program was all about the unexpected, and we made a set which hopefully will surprise as well.

Uplifting Melancholy mix

  1. A one hour mix of Funk, Rock & Pop, which the whole way through is both upliftning and melancholic, but which gets more and more uplifting as the mix progresses.
    The point was to both open people more up in community and send them off with optimism. So let your smile grow over the next hour with this dancing symphony of upliftning melancholy!

Psychedelic mixtape

  1. This is a compilation mixtape, made in collaboration with Ulan Batur (aka Pelle da Melle), of mostly 60's and 70's, psychedelic, progressive, fusion, rock/pop tracks. With tangents of folk music and newer psychedelic music.
    It has a manipulated organic dirty experimental sound and feel, but at the same time features lots of melodic classics. It's a dreamy mix, which takes you on a trip.
